We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.

Los Patios is a restricted access community with 24hr security guard. Once you pass the security check on the access road you turn left at the small roundabout and you drive along Calle Califato until you find the entrance to garage where you will find the allocated parking space, pedestrian exit gate from garage will take you inside the grounds of the community and it's a short walk to the apartment.
There are 2 community swimming pools, extensive green area and direct access to beach via an underpass.

Los Patios is located in Macenas, a peaceful long stretch of sandy beaches with just one beach bar at the south end and a few kms away from Manaca Beach Bar & Restaurant. Lovely mountain walk paths overlooking the Mediterranean. There is also a path along the sea that will take you to Mojacar Playa ( about 2km)
Macenas is an ideal location to enjoy nature in tranquility, yet a short drive to the busier parts of town.
Car needed for shopping and amenities and access is via external staircase, private covered parking below the house.
