Large spacious 2 bedroom villa with pool and sun room. We are very proud to offer for sale, this large 137m2 home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on a good sized flat plot with amazing panoramic views and a pool.
As you enter the land, there is a good size gate, which has wiring to it, so a motor could be easily added. The land is split into an area for the cars, and the rest of the land is fenced off, as the current owners have dogs. This means the dogs can stay out in the garden whilst friends or family can still bring their cars in and out without issue.
Towards the house, you go through a gate, and to the side there are two sheds, for storage, and there are also covered areas, ideal to enjoy the summer views whilst avoiding the direct sunlight.
