Townhouse with 4 Bed & 2 Bath in Hondón de los Frailes. We are proud to present this well presented 4 Bedroom townhouse, all on one level and with outside terraces at both the front and back of the property, and also an internal courtyard.

Hondon de las Nieves is a lovely Spanish town, clean and well looked after and very popular with expats from the Uk, Netherlands and Belgium, and has a small Supermarket, a British supermarket, Petrol station, Butchers, Bakery and plenty of cafés and Restaurants to choose from with many being English speaking, such as the ever popular “Tipsy Terrace & Veintiocho” and is surrounded by Mountain views and beautiful nature walks. The sports centre is just 2 minutes’ walk, and has a large community football & tennis court and the doctors is just 1 minute walk away from the house. The Community Swimming Pool is at the other end of town, around 10 minutes walk away from the house and has a huge swimming Pool that is maintained by the Town Hall.

There is a large building yard just past the community Pool where you can find all types of building and decorating materials.

The property is only 15 minutes’ drive from the large Towns of Aspe and Crevillent, and you can reach Elche city in 20 minutes, where you have a large shopping centre, the famous Rio Safari Park, a commercial area with building supplies, garden and home stores, and a cinema that shows English films once a week.

Alicante Airport is 30 minutes from the house, the Beaches are 40 minutes away and 15 minutes to motorway links to Valencia, Benidorm, Madrid and Murcia.
