This is a great country house that comes with a sizable plot of land of about 10,000 sqm that currently has many fruit trees there plus room to install a large swimming pool and other outdoor activities. It has fantastic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its only 5 mins drive from the town of Illora that has everything. Granada and the airport is about 30 mins drive and Malaga airport and the coast just an hour away. It has good access too and the entrance has double gates off the road. The garden area has some animal buildings so these could be converted to anything..Kennels, stables or workshops etc...Even works for keeping chickens maybe€
