This property is located not far from the town centre in a quiet corner of Alcaudete in the province of Jaen in Andalucia, Spain. In need of renovation but would make a nice holiday base for exploring the nearby cities of Cordoba and Granada. The traditional front door opens into the lounge with stairs to first floor on the right, a bedroom straight ahead and the kitchen off to the left. From the kitchen there is access to the patio and another kitchen. Next to this there is another patio area with a bathroom. On the first floor there is a hallway, two bedrooms and more stairs to the attic room. This house is bigger than it looks and would make a rewarding project for somebody. The attic could make a fabulous roof terrace which would have lovely countryside views. The property has been in the same family for nearly 200 years and the back wall of the attic and one of the patio walls were once part of an old monastery.
