This lovely, ready to move into furnished 3 bedroom town house is not far from a reservoir in the village of La Carrasca in the province of Jaen in Andalucia, Spain and about 20 minutes from the city of Martos. On the first floor are two further bedrooms with connecting doorway. If required this door can be closed and then separate access is possible for both rooms. From the kitchen there is access to the partly covered patio and at the back there is another kitchen with a large fireplace and there is a good sized storage room above which could make a 4th bedroom.
