Higuera de Calatrava is surrounded by olive groves, a friendly little town between Porcuna and Martos in Jaén province, Andalucia, Spain. The house is furnished, very well kept so ready to move into. Underneath the double garage is a large storage area which could be a workshop or extra living space and up some steps is the big garage accessible by car from the back of the property. This is a lovely property for a permanent or a holiday home.
