The co-ordinates for the location of the land on Google Earth are 36.5053 N, 3.1122 W

Part of the land has been terraced by the current owner and various roadways have been created to make access easier.

The owner has recently planted 250 almond trees on the terraces that were created and you can plant further almonds, figs, olives or even grapes without needing extra water. These are grown all around without any problem.

The land is about 30 minutes away from the beaches of the Costa Tropical (La Rabita and Pozuelo) where you can enjoy the beaches, with the option to hire boats for fishing trips. Located on the Costa Tropical in the province of Granada, this typical whitewashed village is a thriving agricultural area and enjoys a privileged location.

The Costa Tropical takes its name from the sub-tropical climate that it enjoys. With warm winters and long hot summers, the average temperature is around 20C.
