Located in a rural setting, with good road access, in the area between Nerja and Frigiliana, near the LIDL supermarket.

The relatively new house has pre installation of air-conditioning. Originally planned as a 2 bedroom house, a large third bedroom has been obtained using the loft of the second floor.

The house is attached on both sides and access is below the road level via stairs. On entering, the first thing we find is a bright fully fitted separate kitchen with electric oven & hob, fridge-freezer, sink in front of the window, washing machine and plenty of work surface. Next to this we have a guest toilet. As we contniue into the property we have the stairs to the first floor on our left then a large lounge-dining room, leading to the Southwest facing terrace with beautiful country and sea views, you can see the San Isidro hill from here and there are often horses grazing in the fields nearby.

On the first floor we have the master bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, a balcony facing South West with even better sea views, and the second bedroom facing North East, also the bathroom with a bath, sink, toilet & bidet. The stairs take you up to the second storey where we have a large bedroom with a skylight window and multiple cupboards along one wall.

Underneath the house is the private garage, there is no direct access from the house, but as it is nearly the end house, it is easy to walk round and down to the garage. This garage was originally just 23 m2, but the builder and the coomunity allowed the owners to go right to the back of the buiilding, so it has room for maybe 3 cars, bumper to bumper. In the garage there is water & electricity and even drainage, so you can wash your car there. Access is via a nice wide community road.

The commuinity maintains gardens around the block and is preparing the swimming pool for use from 2023, as the builder left it incomplete.

This is a perfect property for someone who likes country life, with the comfort of easy access and amenities within a short distance. The town center is just 20 minutes walk and the beaches 5 more minutes, by car you can be at a choice of beaches within 5 minutes. There is also a bus service to Nerja & Frigiliana. The airport is just 40 minutes drive away.
