This Finca has a cozy 2-storey house and an annex. On the first floor of the house we have a living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, an intimate living room, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. On the second floor there are two other fresh and bright bedrooms.
The annex is separated into two parts: in one of them is the laundry and kitchen related storage area, and in the other a storage room. This area could be reformed and converted into a guest annex.
The house and the annex are linked by a large covered terrace surrounded by vegetation and where we have a barbecue area with a wood oven. From here there is access to a platform where a removable pool can be placed.
The access road to the finca is completely paved and in good condition. The orientation of the house is southeast, the windows are double glazed with mosquito nets and security bars. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and split-type air conditioning (hot and cold).
The water supply comes from a 50 meter deep well that covers the needs of the house and the crops, however it is possible to request irrigation water separately. The heater is electric and the kitchen is gas.
The plot is currently planted with citrus fruits (tangerines, oranges and lemons), fig trees, persimmons and avocados, and is drip irrigated.
