Entering through the main gates of the property there is a private garage and a huge garden area with plenty of parking space. Round the back of the property, there is a pool area that has not been completed but would not take much to finish it. There is also a nice seating area on the back terrace looking out on to a small forest area which is part of the plot and cannot be built on as it is a protected green zone.
