The farm consists of more than 1.200 olive trees in 65.000 m2 (16 acres). Near the house, a vegetable garden offers a large quantity of fresh vegetables. On the west side, the farm borders the Matalobo stream. Next to the stream there is a small forest with pines, holm oaks and oak.
The farm is easily accessible by a beaten track, 2.8 km from the main road. The residential area and the olive grove have separate entrance gates.
The original buildings, two farmhouses, were completely restored in 2014, respecting the typical rural style.
