Entering the property through a private gate you come into the front garden area. Here you´ll find plenty of space for several cars, a garden to the left, and side access to the rear terraces and pool area to the right.
The pool area is a fantastic area with plenty of potential and perfectly positioned to make the most of the sun from sunrise until sunset.
Enter the villa you have the spacious hallway with a storage cupboard and upstairs storage on the left-hand side, and the living room on the right-hand side. The living room is a huge space, with large bay windows, flooding the room with light due to its south-facing orientation.
