These would make for an excellent return on investment, as Sax is desperately in need to bed and breakfast or rental properties, and so you could rent out both, or live in one and rent the other property (they are next door to each other). Alternatively, this could be converted into a very large townhouse for an extended family. Sax currently doesn't allow rentals in rural areas, but as these are both urban, obtaining a tourist licence would be possible.
Both houses have great views of the castle, and are in the old town area, full of charm and character, and walking distance to all the services of the town. The main house has central heating, central air conditioning and is in good order. The second house does require some finishing, but we can organise this for the buyers, if you wish.
Sax is a thriving Spanish town with a nice Expat mix . It has excellent amenities, lots of shops, 50 +bars and restaurants, a theatre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, parks, a beautifully restored castle, which is lit up at night, train and bus links with Alicante airport and the beaches in 30 mins
