This is an exceptional cortijo, which was constructed 23 years ago, was built by a local builder for his own use. The build quality and materials used are of the highest standard and there are many outstanding features. The mainly terraced arable land is irrigated, ploughed and has a variety of trees including approximately 28 walnut, 18 chestnut, 7 cherry, 5 Paraguayo, almond, fig, apple and peach amongst others. There are also mulberry bushes and grape vines.

The cortijo has solar power, running water and a natural soak away. The property, sold fully furnished, needs to be viewed to fully appreciate how exceptional it is.
