The house is located in a central area and set back up on a pedestrian area with parking below, it is in need of some work but nothing structural. It has two large wooden entrance doors which lead into the sitting room which has traditional beamed ceilings with a smaller room off it. There is a passageway to the rear which leads to a dining area then behind that a small kitchen which has units fitted and water and waste is present. This area would benefit from an update. Outside there are steps leading to a courtyard where there is a bathroom then more steps lead to a larger area. There is a large outbuilding and to the side a garden area which could be much larger if the outbuilding was removed.

Rute is a larger Town yet unspoilt less than one hour from Malaga and offers a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops, famous for its Jamon and anis along with the Chocolate factory to which people from across Spain travel every year to see the famous nativity scene. Iznajar is right next to Rute and thought to be one of the prettiest white villages in Spain with its stunning lake and beach areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get on the property ladder in a great location the property does need some updating and modernisation however nothing major or structural which is reflected in the price.
