In a raised position about the one way road this house is in walking distance to all the amenities this lovely Town has to offer. There is a traditional tiled hallway leading into a large reception room. To the front of this is a family lounge and to the right is a family kitchen with fitted units and a dining area which is front facing. To the rear of the property is access to the good size courtyard which has outbuildings, at the far end is a lovely large cave room that could be used for many things. This is a good solid house in a popular Town with good outside space which could be lived in straight away for full time living or ideal as a holiday home.
Rute is a larger Town yet unspoilt less than one hour from Malaga and offers a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops, famous for its Jamon and anis along with the Chocolate factory to which people from across Spain travel every year to see the famous nativity scene. Iznajar is right next to Rute and thought to be one of the prettiest white villages in Spain with its stunning lake and beach areas.
