On entering the property, the first thing we find is a large patio with planters, there is an area with awning to sit in the shade in summer or enjoy the sun. As we go through the front door of the house we enter directly into the large lounge and dining room, at the back, there is a storage room under the staircase and then the independent kitchen, spacious and well furnished, from the kitchen we go out to a small storage room and from here to a patio that the 5 neighbours are in negotiations to buy and where they park bicycles, motorbikes and can hang their clothes out to dry.
We go up to the first floor from the living room, on this floor we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, the balcony that surrounds the house is accessed from 2 of these rooms. On the first floor there are 4 more rooms (one of the rooms has the washing machine and dryer) and another bathroom, again we have the balcony surrounding the house with 1 entrance.
The house is located very close to the school, so it is perfect for a family with children, also, as it has so many rooms it is suitable for working at home online as well.
