This spacious village house needs updating but is not a full renovation project as the building is in sound condition . The Spanish owners still use it some weekends and whenever there is a " fiesta" in the village .
It features 4 bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a rustic traditional kitchen and lounge area .
The roof terrace is huge with fabulous views over the village to the church tower and up to the mountains and hillsides.
Sedella offers all facilities needed in the village itself including a restaurant, two bars and a " Chiringuito" (open air bar) for the summer months, there is also a country restaurant a 5 minute drive from the village where Manolo prepares a selection of meat & fish on his wood fired BBQ ! Sedella has a municipal swimming pool , fully fitted gym football pitch and padel court .
There is also a visitor centre with an exhibition of the flora and fauna found in the natural park as well as a small gift shop.
The coast at Torre del Mar is a 40 minute drive and the airport at Malaga is just over an hour's drive away .
