The plans provide four different villa types, which vary in size and number of rooms. All houses will have their own infinity pool and parking (carport or garage) for two cars.
Moreover, all will have a basement, two villa types will be built in bungalow style, the other two over two levels.
In all villas, we will find a spacious living room with a (semi) open dining area and high sliding doors that lead to the pool terrace. The kitchen comes in a modern design and, depending on the version, can be opened and closed with sliding doors to the living room, so you are also integrated while cooking.
The villas have four to six bedrooms and five to seven bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with en suite bathroom. In addition, two of the types also provide one or two dressing rooms.
