This is a really good village house in this popular village, its even near the river that runs through the village and has great views of the countryside. Inside its perfectly habitable, just needs updating and modernising in places. It has a nice sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and utility. It has 4 decent bedrooms too. There is a good sized patio area with outbuildings, but these could be take down to extend the patio or used for other rooms - workshop, studio etc. There are 2 garages at the rear of the property too so plenty of storage space.
Noguerones is famous for its micro climate, so a great house to own in the winter. The village has several amenities including bars, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank, all within walking distance of the house. Its also not far from the towns of Martos and Alcaudete for even more amenities. There are two lakes close by so just about perfect for walks and enjoying nature. There is an outdoor market held every Sunday in the park and several fiestas throughout the year.
