There is solid wood flooring on this level through to the master bedroom which is a good size and has a small balcony which enjoys views of the park, golf course and the marina. there are two double built in wardrobes in the bedroom and air conditioning. Next to the master bedroom is a large fully tiled bathroom which has a large walk in shower, loo, bidet and modern sink with vanity unit. both this bathroom and the corridor on this floor have sky lights which bring natural light into both areas.
