The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen and a large dining area with access to the infinity pool and the garden. The large living room with ethanol fireplace is separated and offers access to the covered terrace. A guest toilet completes this level.
My favourite is the lovely garden with its tropical plants and harmonic arrangement. It has a very calming effect overlooking the green surroundings to the sea and the mountains.
The villa offers underfloor heating as well as air conditioning in all rooms. Easy parking for at least two cars in the garage. Plenty of space for laundry and storage in the basement.
