Located close to the village of Albondon this large modern two story, five bedroom cortijo which has beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Although in a private position, the house is within walking distance of the village. Albondon has many amenities including a health centre, cafe bars, bank, summer pool and general stores etc. the village is well located only 20 minutes by car to the coast.

All have stunning views of the sea and mountains. In the living room is a wood burner that has a hot air system, which provides heat to the rest of the property. There are two further large double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with corner shower cubicle, bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet.

The ground floor consists of a large tiled room with windows to two walls. This could be used as a garage or further accommodation. A fitted summer kitchen, with appliances has a door to the outside and an open fire. There is also a storeroom, a bodega for storing wine, a preparation room for brewing wine and a cloakroom with washbasin and WC.

Outside is another building that has a large storeroom, a chicken coop and a further garage. This garage also has machinery for pressing grapes and a pipe that runs underground to the wine preparation room on the ground floor of the property.

To the side of the property is a fenced garden/vegetable plot that has various trees and a brick built bread oven/ bbq.

The house is in excellent condition and has good quality double-glazing with fly screens throughout. It is connected to mains electricity and water.

There is also the possibility to purchase 3 separate areas of land mainly being vines and almonds, if the right person is interested for an extra €40,000.
