We are excited to present this absolutely amazing villa in Ciudad Quesada, Alicante! The villa consists of three floors which are basement, ground floor and first floor. In the basement you will find a big room used as an entertainment area. It also has a bathroom and an area for storage and miscellaneous items. The villa comes fully furnished and is ready to move in to!

The ground floor presents the main area of the villa. On the outside you will find your own private oasis. Here you have a big tiled terrace, some of which is covered. Under the covered part you have your own outside dining area. In the garden you will also find the pool, which is located right in front of the living room.

Just inside the main entrance you walk into the kitchen, with a half-island setup. Here is plenty of space for both cooking and storage. To the left of the kitchen you find an extraordinary room with double ceiling hight. The whole wall consists of big windows letting in an amazing amount of light. Here you have both the dining area, living room and another way to the pool through sliding doors.

To the right of the kitchen you have the first bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom also offers sliding doors, which opens to the outside and enables you to walk around to reach both the entrance, the basement and the pool area.

To reach the first floor you walk up a beautiful staircase in connection to the living room. From here you can really appreciate the spaciousness of the room. On the first floor you have the master bedroom. This is double-sized and has a big walk-in closet as well as an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is enormous and has separate sinks, a big shower and an elegant tub.

Walk further up the stairs and you will reach the roof-terrace. The roof terrace has an outdoor shower and a closed room for laundry. From this terrace you have an amazing views to the salt lakes of Torrevieja and the surrounding area.
