Zurgena is a 5 minute drive for all your daily amenities including banks, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Huercal Overa is a 10 minute drive in one direction and Albox is a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction and both towns have two weekly street markets, banks, post office, pharmacy, 24hr emergency medical centre (Albox) and hospital (Huercal Overa), vets, dentists, opticians, supermarkets (both English and Spanish), hairdressers/barbers, variety of shops and more. The coastal resorts of Mojacar, Vera Playa and Garrucha can be reached within 30 minutes. Almeria airport is an hour’s drive, Murcia airport is an hour and 15 minutes and Alicante is 2 hours.



To the front is a pedestrian gate and double solar electric gates leading to a car port plus ample parking for several cars and a motorhome. There are a number of fruit trees including the obligatory gin and tonic tree (lemon), orange, apple, avocado and pear trees. You can also enjoy relaxing here as it’s very private and peaceful. Through the sliding glass doors you enter the Summer/Winter room that could double up as an extra bedroom. There is a useful storage area here and faux stained glass doors into the master bedroom. The main front door takes you through to the lunge/dining room with pellet burner, air conditioning and double doors lead out to the conservatory. Off the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with appliances. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan and doors to the Summer/Winter room. There is an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower. At the opposite end of the lounge are two further double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a family bathroom with full size bath. The conservatory overlooks the pool area and is the perfect place for entertaining and relaxing. The pool area is walled and fenced and provides total privacy. There is plenty of terrace space for sunbathing and there is an outside bar area ideal for when you have visiting guests. The gardens are easily maintained and sit on a plot of 800sqm. The 8m x 4m pool is heated and can be used all year round. The rear garden is surrounded by mature shrubs and there are three water features (one flows into the pool), an outside shower and two storage sheds.
