Guest house 2 – I bedroom

This charming guest house is perfect for couples with or without small children. There is a full bedroom with a mezzanine level for children up a small set of steps and a full bathroom.

The living room has bags of charm with exposed stone walls and a beamed ceiling and a feature corner fireplace. The kitchen is open plan to the living room.

Outside, there is a lovely terrace area with amazing views.

Guest house 3 – 1 bedroom

The third guest house is perfect for couples – an intimate space with an open plan living room, dining area and kitchenette.

A wood burning stove is available for guests to use in the colder months.

The bedroom is a generous double with high ceilings and views of the surrounding countryside.

A front terrace is the ideal space to relax and enjoy the peace and quite of the area.

Studio space – more than 50M2!

This space is very useful – it can be used for any manner of purposes including an artist studio, hobby space or yoga room.

A bathroom with shower, toilet and basin off the studio space also allows this space to be used as extra/temporary accommodation. In fact, the owners have also installed connections for a kitchen within the studio.

Currently used as a music studio, this would be ideal for artists or a wide range of different uses – perfect as a retreat for groups with the three guest houses to accommodate visitors.

The Location

This beautiful country home is located within the Natural Park and has some of the most amazing countryside around it. Unspoiled views, few neighbors and wildlife and nature on your doorstep.

However, the house is not isolated – a bar/restaurant is just a 10min walk and serves home cooked food all through the year and the community of neighbors meet regularly in the community center which is above the local rural school.

Whilst neighbors are very spread out, there is a real feeling of community in the area with many locals selling their home grown produce.

The village of Cazorla is a 45min drive and offers a huge range of local services. Cazorla is a beautiful village and has been nominated as Capital del turismo rural 2022 and is a popular destination for many international travelers as well as Spanish visitors.

Cazorla has a regular Blues Festival, Flamenco festival and the regular ferias and fiestas during the year attracting thousands of visitors and of course, with the Natural Park, people come from far and wide to see the unspoiled beauty of the area.

For shopping, there are plenty of options including a lively covered day market with lots of local produce, much of which is organic and from within a short radius. There are supermarkets, banks, a theater and restaurants and bars.

Further afield is the larger town of Ubeda, a very beautiful and historic town within one hour’s drive which has a Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi and many other services.
