We have often walked past this gorgeous property and wondered what is behind the doors. The first School in Olvera, and later turned into a home with a very basic rustic bar on the side it is in one of our favourite streets close to the oldest area of town. This could easily be turned into an apartment or holiday rental as it has its own door. Out of the double patio doors, you come to a large in a courtyard with more outbuildings off to the left-hand side with an old rustic kitchen at the back. These would've been stables with the summer kitchen between that and the storage rooms. This area would lend itself perfectly to making a large town pool. Upstairs, there are a few rooms that are basic more than likely used for extra family members on holidays as well as the large storage room and the terrace. There is also a very basic small bathroom on this level as you can see the house does need work, especially at the back and on the upper floors, but it would make an absolutely amazing double fronted townhouse in the centre of the old town.
