The main bar area invites you in with its fresh and vibrant decor and can hold 45 covers. The bar itself is a good size and leads through to the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with new fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a second seating/dining area on the terrace at the front of the property, which is a lovely sunny spot to enjoy a drink or meal. Across the road, in the park opposite, is a third dining area which can be used to host up to 100 covers. This is a great area for entertaining and has a permanent free licence. It was declared one of the best Summer terraces in the whole of the province by Endesa, featuring in their recent Andalucían digital touring guide.
The company van, which has signage, is also included with the business. It is a Ford Tourneo Connect 1.9D and has recently been insured and passed its ITV(MOT). It is an excellent runner and a real asset for the business.
Tables and chairs in the bar area are all included, as well as other fixtures and fittings including air conditioning units, plates and cutlery and existing stock. The tables and chairs on the terrace and park area are supplied by the brewery with the current deal and this can be easily extended.
The owners would be happy to make introductions to current suppliers of both drink and produce and provide initial training for running the bar and kitchen.
