The land is in very good condition and ready for planting vegetables, olive trees, almond trees, etc and there is a naturally shaded area of trees in the far corner for another area of relaxation and tranquility. with a huge garage, 70m2 that can be made into a two or three-bed apartment if required. There is also a 3-sided building that can be made into a workshop. The views of the castle from the land are as good as any I have seen. The owners originally had a swimming pool, however, after many years of not using they decided to have it removed which means that a pool can be installed in its place without any issues.
