The current owners' favourite spot is the spacious terrace that wraps around, offering 360º views of the sea on one side for sunrise views every day, and the lagoon on the other side for stunning sunsets. The 3 bedrooms are super bright, thanks to the south-facing orientation and being on the corner, all facing the exterior.
