On this floor we have the first bedroom and a full bathroom, as well as a large closet to provide storage for the entire house. On the second floor we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite located in the main room and a walk-in closet, in the hall of this night area. The 25 m2 attic area, on the top floor, stands out for its spaciousness and luminosity, with capacity for a fifth bedroom and living area.

The location of this house is unbeatable, by the sea, surrounded by a natural space, with large wooden walkways that give access to endless beaches where you can enjoy all year round. Very close you have all the services; supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and the Pinatar Arena sports center.. . and less than 10 minutes by car, the La Zenia or Dos Mares Shopping Centers.

San Pedro Del Pinatar is a traditional working town resting on the north shores of the Mar Menor. It has many shops, a modern church and its main industry is fishing . You can see the fishing boats unloading their catch at the fishing port which overlooks the north end of the La Manga Strip. There are some absolutely fantastic beaches in and around the town of San Pedro del Pinatar. Drive out to the dunes of Playa de la Torre Derribada and Llana beach, where there is a sports harbour and a restaurant, along with ample parking. From here the views of the distant mountains, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, and La Manga are excellent. Stay till the early evening to enjoy the amazing sunset. The town itself has excellent sports facilities including tennis and paddle. Hire a bike and enjoy the local scenery as you peddle lazily along the flat quiet roads. Runners and walkers alike will enjoy the promenade and beaches for their chosen activity. The Saltmill of Quintin located on the "Playa de la Mota" used to take water from the Mar Menor to the salt-works. A modern pump next to it has overtaken its function. You can see the flamingos feeding amongst the reeds on the salt flats.
