Access is via an electric gate leading to the driveway with ample parking for additional cars and a double car port. Access to the separate apartment is to the right of the property and is complete with open plan kitchen/dining/lounge and separate bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is air conditioning, central heating and doors out to the rear of the property.

The main front door is via the covered terrace with views overlooking the swimming pool and mountain views beyond. As you enter the front door you go into the large kitchen/diner with wood burner and plenty of cupboards and worktops and storage. There is a spacious lounge to the right of the kitchen overlooking the pool area with fantastic views of the countryside and there is a wood burner and air conditioning. To the left of the kitchen is a ramp leading to a utility room with plenty of room for storage and patio doors to the rear with access to the boiler room for the central heating. Along the hallway to the right are a modern bathroom and then the master bedroom with en-suite shower. The master bedroom has air conditioning and patio doors to a private courtyard. To the left of the hallway is another bedroom with fitted wardrobes currently being used as a gym. Off this bedroom is a door into another bedroom currently being used as a lounge and next to this is a small hallway with sink and a separate front door to the front of the house. There is a door from the bedroom into another hallway with a shower room and two further rooms currently being used as craft rooms/studios that could be used as a bedroom and dressing room. All of this space has it’s own entrance at the front of the house. From the kitchen are stairs leading up to the first floor and there are two bedrooms either side. There is a large living room with air conditioning and a door out to a large roof terrace with amazing uninterrupted views of the countryside and mountains and there are stairs leading down to the front of the house from here. There is a separate kitchen/diner plus a large bathroom with bath and shower.

The house has oil central heating throughout, air conditioning, mosquito nets, water tank and more.

The gardens are low maintenance and laid mainly to gravel with a variety of palm trees, shrubs and plants. The plot is fenced and secure for pets. The pool area has ample room for sunbathing and relaxing and completely private and has amazing views.
