The swimming pool is approx. 5.2 x 3.4 metres, with a filtration system to keep the water clean. A stone-built barn with 2 rooms, showing original feeders for animals currently houses pool equipment and garden furniture.

Electricity is connected and water for the house comes from a borehole . There are three collection pools, one of which is shared with a neighbour and one which is unused.

The land consists of olive trees, cork oaks and fig trees, with terracing down to a stone water feature.
