Located in a pedestrian only zone this property is reached by steps or a raised passageway offering tranquility from vehicles passing by however not suitable for people with reduced mobility. To the front there is a part covered attached outhouse which is a great space and actually would work well as a patio or garden area. There is then a gate to the front leading on to the front patio of the house with views across the chimney pots and out to the mountains. This is a nice usable space and would hold a table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The first floor has a long landing area off it there is access into a large walk-in wardrobe/ dressing room and a central double bedroom. To the end of the corridor is another large room previously used as a bedroom then this leads into another very large master bedroom with a front facing window.
On the landing area there is also access to a front facing Juliette balcony again with views out to the mountains.
This is a good solid house in a pretty village very close to Granada with parking close by on the street below, in need of TLC only and some updating would be an ideal lock up and leave holiday bolt hole for exploring this beautiful area,
Colomera is located less than 25 KM from Granada with its abundance of history, skiing. airport and shopping. Malaga can be reached in around one hour forty minutes.
The village is a typical Andalucian village with around 2000 inhabitants; it has a medical centre, three general stores, Town hall, Bakery, pharmacy, sports ground which has a municipal pool, schools,bars and restaurants. It also a five minute drive to the beautiful lake
