This property is situated on the edge of a small hamlet, of approximately ten houses, close to the village of Valor. The access is good via a small tarmac road and there is parking at the gates to the property. Valor is a 5 minute drive and has all the amenities needed for everyday living. The small town of Ugijar is about 20 minutes away and offers more choice of shops and café bars etc.

The property, constructed in 1998 is modern in style but rustic looking from the outside. This fully tiled bathroom has a built in shower cubicle, vanity unit with washbasin and a toilet. There is a second door out to the corridor. The second slightly smaller bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The fully tiled ensuite has a corner shower cubicle, vanity unit with washbasin and a toilet.

The house has mains electric, is in good condition and most rooms have lighting with ceiling fans. The furniture is included in the sale.
