A few meters from the ports of Botafoch, La Marina and Talamanca beach. Ibiza with its old town, its shops, bars and restaurants is also nearby. A magnificent place to live for a while and enjoy your vacation. It is rented to people with a permanent job with payroll or demonstrable solvency. To move in you must pay all the monthly payments in advance and deliver the amount of another 2 monthly payments that correspond to 1 month of legal deposit and (1 month of agency + VAT.). Water, electricity and WIIFI are paid separately. To make a visit we need you to first share with us the following information by contacting us in writing through this announcement: who is going to live in the apartment? Number of adults? Children? Pets? How many and what type of pets? And what work do they have exactly, annual work with payrolls? Self-employed? We need that information for the owner to give us an appointment to view it.
