Wifi is included in the price.The flat is in an ideal location for your stay on the island, it is located in the historic centre of Ibiza, full of supermarkets, shops, bars, ATMs and is about 200 meters from the taxi station and ferry departures even to Formentera.It is rented to people with a job or demonstrable solvency. To move in you have to pay 3 monthly payments: 1 month's rent + 1 month's deposit + 1 (agency fee + VAT). Water and electricity are paid separately. In order to make a visit we need you to share with us the following information by contacting us in writing through this ad: Who is going to live in the flat? Number of adults? children? Pets? How many and what kind of pets? And exactly what kind of job do they have, annual job with paychecks? Self-employed? We need this information in order for the owner to give us an appointment to view it.
