This in turn leads into the entrance hall, with the master bedroom to the right, family bathroom ahead, and the large open plan living room and kitchen to the left. Going into the living room, the views are amazing from the windows. This room leads into the existing cave, and with this cave being towards the top of the land, it is completely dry. The cave leads into a further two bedrooms, winter living room and bathroom. This section of the house is used more in the heat of summer, as the cave keeps the bedrooms cool, and stops the need for air conditioning.

Or you can go to the cinema or have a dinner in the mall, which is 10 minutes of La Romana, in Petrer.
