This first floor apartment is located on Phase 1 of the Resort and has panoramic views over the golf course, two of the lakes and the Carrascoy Mountains.

The dual aspect lounge / diner enjoys views over the golf course with sliding patio doors leading to the expansive ´L´ shaped terrace which could be enclosed fully or partially providing an area ideal for relaxing, dining or sunbathing.
The orientation of the property is perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
The property is situated in probably one of the best buildings on the resort which is very well maintained, boasting resin carpeted floors throughout, LED lighting to the building and garage. This can be seen from the photos.
