Inside, the accommodation is well laid out, and each of the main rooms has french windows opening onto Juliet balconies. The apartment is fully furnished so is ready to either move straight in, or start renting for income generation.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Zanussi appliances – dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

The spacious living room has a large sofa that was custom-made for the space and converts to a double bed. There is also an extendable dining table.
