As we enter the apartment we are in a hallway, leading into the spacious lounge-dining room with access to the terrace. There are views from the lounge and terrace of the golf course and to the sea. The parking space has easy access with a remote control and plenty of turning space, as said before, it is on the same level as the apartment, so wheelchair access is guaranteed.
A short walk from the block we find one of the community swimming pools with lawn around and a shower & toilet building.
Don’t miss the golf clubhouse, a beautiful modern building containing a bar-restaurant, golf equipment shop and the administration of the golf course., with the golf buggies. There is plenty of parking here, so it makes a good point to meet your friends and family.
The closest beaches are near the Caleta de Velez fishing port, an easy walk from the apartment, passing by the ALDI supermarket. Malaga airport is approx 35 minutes by car from here. There is also the Ingenio Shopping Mall with a variety of shops, supermarket and cinema, with something to suit every taste.
