In the first floor we have an impressive living room with patio doors leading out to terrace, master bedroom and a full bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath.


Kitchen
Top quality modern kitchen with extensive worktop and equipped with large fridge, cooker & oven, microvave, toaster and coffee maker ( Dolce Gusto style capsules) and all other kichenware ans crockery.

There is a separate utility area with washing machine and freezer.

Kitchen is light and airy and has access to covered terrace by the swimming pool.


Master bedroom is upstairs with double bed, air conditioning and has an ensuite full bathroom with shower and bath.

Second bedroom ( downstairs) has a large double bed (1.80m wide) which can be separated into 2 single beds. There is air conditioning and door to an en suite shower room - this bathroom can also be accessed from the corridor for bedroom 3.

Third bedroom ( downstairs) has a sofa bed for one adult or 2 small children.

• The International school is a 10-15 minute drive, with both scenic seafront and main Mojacar to Vera road options available.

Almeria airport is a 45-minute drive, Murcia airport is 1 hour 20 minutes, Alicante airport is 2 hours and Malaga airport is 2 hours 45 minutes.
