This is a really good property in this very popular town. It is ready to live in and would also rent really well to the locals as its close to all the amenities of this town

Out the back is a small patio with access to the cellar.On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large sitting room so this could also be a 4th bedroom if needed€ The views from here are of the town and surrounding countryside. Excellent value for money.
Alcala la Real is a popular large historical town in Jaen and boasts its famous La Mota Castle, a large Hospital, many Museums and Public Parks, good choice of Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets and attracts tourists from all over Europe.
