Quality & Style- Each villa will be constructed using the highest quality material and to a top specification (spec list available on request). Essentially though this is your property and within planning limitations – will be built to a design and quality of your choosing. Each component of the property and design is individual and we will work with you to choose stonework, tile colours, room layout etc if you want a wine cellar/office not a problem, central heating, under floor heating. marble flooring, intelligent appliances controlled via your phone all can be incoporated. Position the villa this way/that way to maximise views and sun coverage - easily done. Every step of the process is closely monitored and reported and if what you want is possible it can incorporated.
Views- Each, handpicked, plot will have a different aspect and amazing views. Some look over Almond groves, others over rolling hills. Some are level others are more staggered on different levels. Essentially what you prefer.
Security- This option provides total peace of mind and security with your money protected through every step of the process. All the plots are fully legal and approved for building. Once you have chosen a plot and design of villa all that is required to secure it is a small holding fee (which will be held by lawyer). This secures land/build until the building project and licences are issued (approx 10-12 weeks). At this stage a further payment, to cover land purchase, will be required with rest of payments running over course of build until you pick up the keys to your new home. (The cost to the builder of having full plans drawn and approved is considerable and they will undertake this commitment only as they know all their lands and builds are fully legal and will undergo the toughest legal scrutiny).
Due to the nature of this proposal it’s not suitable for any requiring quick purchase/completions. The process from start through to design and to completion created to result in a property which is yours and matches your requirements down to the finest detail. From making the decision to picking up keys allow 9-10 months.
